Molly Perdue, MA, MS, PhD is the creator, co-founder, and Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center (AFSC), providing cost-free personalized services to individuals and families living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. A former caregiver, Dr. Perdue’s research into issues faced by dementia caregivers formed the basis of the AFSC model of free service. She has counseled hundreds of caregivers, and continues to run several online psychoeducational groups. She is a 2023 recipient of the Innovations in Alzheimer’s Caregiving Award from the Family Caregiver Alliance. |
