Our speaker: Tom Braun, MS, P.E., President & CEO of Proactive Engineering Consultants

Mr. Braun has been the President of Proactive Engineering since its founding in 2006 and brings more than 40 years of experience in the industry. His expertise has made him a great leader in public works and land development projects, often managing large teams of engineers and sub-consultants. Before founding Proactive, he operated in an executive management role for an international and publicly traded civil engineering firm.

​He enjoys the hands-on role of a principal and likes being involved with projects. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Water Resources Engineering, focusing on drainage.
