Our goal is to inspire you to spend more time with your horse.

Join us for a week longTrail Ride Experience in the mountains of VA!

This is one of the most beautiful places to ride in VA. Our week will offer riders access to scenic trails with wild ponies, cattle & much more. The VA Mountains are a great location for warmer months of riding with no humidity and much cooler temps due to higher elevation. Be sure to bring your warm clothes and rain gear.

We are excited to share that Joe & Penny Most were the Winners of the AQHA Trail Challenge Event hosted by AQHA in MO for the 2015 & 2016. They spend many hours on the trail and enjoy riding all over the United States. Their goal is for you to enjoy your horse as much as they enjoy theirs. Perfect Partners Equine (PPE) can help you to live the dream with your horse. Joe and Penny Most have dedicated their lives to learning about the horse. They have also devoted themselves to understanding how to teach others to effectively communicate, understand and enjoy their horses. They have won the buckles and the ribbons, but the biggest reward is sharing their knowledge with others.

Trail Ride days will be planned according to weather

Some rides we will take directly out of camp. Other rides will be a short haul-out for a ride back to camp. This allows us to see much more of the trails and sights without riding from sun up to sun down. PPE will cover reserving/providing trailers.

Updated schedule will be sent out prior to event.

Group activities and social gatherings are planned throughout the week. Each evening will offer our fun group campfire chats to share our stories and adventures of each day.

This Retreat is designed for those who wish to improve their enjoyment and safety while trail riding. You will feel at home with a group of supportive like minded riders.

-Please do not bring a horse that has never been outside an arena or show ring. Horses must have had at least some trail experience prior to the Retreat.

If you or your horse have had no trail riding experience, contact PPE for information about what you can do to prepare to participate in a Trail Ride Retreat.
