Learn to cook with James Beard nominated & Food Network featured chef, Enrique Lozano. Join us for an enriching and hands-on cooking class where we will explore the rich culinary traditions of classic Mexican guisados. In this class, you will learn how to prepare ingredients and build layers of flavor, transforming them into a rich, savory guisado/stew that can be used in an array of Mexican dishes.
Each workshop will cover two different guisados in the designated two-hour window.
