This in-person session will bring together Board Members and Senior Leaders to confirm a shared understanding, deepen collaboration, and support strategic alignment as we advance integrated care.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Gain awareness of OVOHT’s work, impact, and key milestones
• Strengthen their understanding of integrated care and collaborative governance
• Explore strategic priorities and collective impact
Each member organization is invited to send up to two members of their senior leadership team and two members of their Board of Directors. |
