The USICOC Annual Women’s Conference is an exciting event where women entrepreneurs and professionals come together in fellowship to network, learn from successful women and from each other, and grow through inspiration and support.

This year's theme is Breaking Barriers & Elevating Each Other. We will learn together how successful businesswomen have risen to the top of their fields, shattering glass ceilings on the way. Our keynote speaker Cynt Marshall will share her journey to becoming the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks and how she has overcome the obstacles in her path.
