Registration closes on 03 June, 2025, 1700 EDT

This event is an opportunity for industry to learn about C5ISR Center's core mission, alignment to DoD priorities, research, and development activities. The event will focus on the Center’s growth areas across all six S&T core competencies. The intent is to remain technology-focused and not tied to any specific acquisition or contract action(s). The content briefed will better build an industrial base in areas where one presently lacks and identify industry partners for technologies yet undeveloped or initiated, and therefore without a solidified industry relationship.

The two-way exchange will aid industry in identifying how best to invest internal research and development funds (IR&D), and surface innovative solutions already being explored by the Center or industry. C5ISR Center technology leads will share the status of current project areas and expand into future growth opportunities across key mission areas. The discussions held will focus on technologies with new starts planned for FY27 through FY29, contributing to the Army's continuous transformation efforts.

The event will utilize a dual approach in delivery. The C5ISR Center will present investment areas, technology areas worth industry exploration and partnership (day one). The event will then transition to a symposium-style format (day two), with booths representing technology areas across the Center to anchor an exchange. For the second day’s expo, industry may attend the morning session. The afternoon session of day two is reserved for government organizational partners or internal C5ISR attendees.

All attendees must be U.S. Citizens. Individuals attending classified sessions must have a favorable completion and adjudication of at least a Tier 3 Personnel Security Investigation. In order to complete registration, all attendees must complete one of the following two options below:

Option 1: (All classified session attendees MUST choose this option)

Submit a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) through DISS to SMO W4G8AA7 no later than 1700 on Tuesday, 03 June 2025. ‘2025 C5ISR Industry Expo’ should be listed as the event title, and the Government POC should be listed as ‘Access Control, usarmy.apg.devcom-c5isr.list.badges-access-incoming-visit-reques@army.mil, 443-861-0468'.

Option 2:

Submit proof of U.S. Citizenship no later than 1700 on Tuesday, 03 June 2025. U.S. Citizenship can ONLY be verified through a copy of one of the following documents:

1.     Most recently issued passport;

2.     Original U.S. birth certificate;

3.     Consular Report of Birth Abroad (FS-240);

4.     Naturalization certificate;

5.     Certificate of Citizenship

The document may be sent electronically to the Access Control Team at usarmy.apg.devcom-c5isr.list.badges-access-incoming-visit-reques@army.mil. Please reference “Industry Expo Verification” in the subject line of your email.

Note:

• Those who do not complete one of the above steps will be ineligible to attend.
• All attendees shall bring a form of photo identification on both days of the event.
• Anyone who has not properly completed the registration process or arrives without photo identification will not be admitted.
• There will be no on-site registration on the day of the event nor any substitutions after Tuesday, 03 June 2025 at 1700 hrs.
• No portable electronic devices, note taking, or personal bags/purses will be permitted in the auditorium during classified sessions.
• Medical devices with wireless capabilities must be approved by the C5ISR Center G-2 Security Team prior to being allowed to any classified sessions.
