Please join us for a two-day, in-person training event, focusing on the principles of compliance, coding, billing, managed care/revenue cycle, pricing, differentiation, and the ethical/legal considerations in an audiology practice. The course is geared to audiology practices, otolaryngology practices which house an audiology department, hospital audiology departments or hearing aid dispensing practices which employ audiologists and their audiology, hearing aid dispensing, billing and office staffs. This course offers up to 16 hours of audiology continuing education.
The event will be held on Thursday, September 11 and Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare, 2930 S. River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018. Parking is free for the event and there is a free shuttle from O'Hare International Airport to the hotel. The sleeping room rate is $130 per night, double occupancy. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided each day as part of the registration fee.
Each event registration includes a printed slide booklet, a digital copy of the slides and access to Kim Cavitt for no charge, one on one questions, guidance, coaching and support until March 31, 2026.

- If you are seeking association CEUs, you must include your membership number in your registration. CEUs cannot be processed without your member number.
- Audiology Resources and the Hilton Garden Inn will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know in advance if your dietary restrictions involve sensitivity to cross contamination. All dietary restrictions and accommodation needs must be provided before September 2, 2025.
- Registrants will not be able to record the event. The video and electronic slides are the property of Audiology Resources, Inc. and cannot be used, printed, recorded or disseminated without the written consent of Audiology Resources, Inc. Registrants can purchase, for an additional fee, recorded access to the event.
- While Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) and Illinois Academy of Audiology (ILAA) discounts can be applied to registration, the discounts are ONLY available to the ACTUAL dues paying ADA or ILAA member and NOT their non-member audiologists or staff. Membership status will be confirmed upon the use of the discount codes and all current non-members will have their registration pended and, ultimately, cancelled and monies refunded, if additional payment is not received or membership is not renewed or confirmed.
