This session moves beyond the standard accommodation conversation into four categories that generate the highest-risk decisions for HR: pregnancy under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, religious accommodations, the undisclosed or accommodation-adjacent request, and Virginia's medical cannabis protections.
