The I-95 Central Access Philadelphia (CAP) project is a landmark, $459M infrastructure project seeking to reconnect Philadelphia to the Delaware River waterfront. The CAP features an 11.5-acre landscaped civic park spanning I-95 and Columbus Blvd, and a tied-arch pedestrian bridge. This presentation will provide an update on the construction, which started in 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2030.
