DESCRIPTION:The I-95 Central Access Philadelphia (CAP) project is a landmark\, $459M infrastructure project seeking to reconnect Philadelphia to the Delaware River waterfront. The CAP features an 11.5-acre landscaped civic park spanning I-95 and Columbus Blvd\, and a tied-arch pedestrian bridge.
