The Mississippi Public Service Commission will host the “From Recovery to Resilience: Mississippi Utility Preparedness Summit” on June 23–24, 2026, in Tupelo. Prompted by Winter Storm Fern, which left over 125,000 homes without power, the summit will bring together electric cooperative leaders and utility professionals to review recent severe weather impacts and strengthen statewide preparedness and resilience. |
