SPROUTing Early Educators at NKCES is a collaborative cadre designed to support and grow new teachers (years 1–3) as they build confidence, refine their practice, and connect with peers. Through a series of engaging sessions, participants will explore essential topics like classroom environment, relationships, instructional design, and responsive teaching—all while developing the skills and mindset of future teacher leaders. Grounded in connection, growth, and service, this cadre is designed to meet the unique needs of early educators and help them thrive in their classrooms and beyond. |
