19th Annual Tribal Gathering for Conscious Dance

How do we stay fluid, supple, and resilient as we move through life? How do we open to the new, express and stand up for the truth of our hearts, and release what no longer serves us? It is good to fill one’s days with love, joy, and compassion, and to revel in the beauty all around us. And for each of us life also includes some measure of challenge, pain, and grief. Our willingness and capacity to let in, let out, and let go of all life offers determines our journey, our peace of mind, our experience on this sacred earth. Conscious Dance increases that capacity by inviting and inspiring us to move with life's ever shifting beats, rhythms, and connections.

Each year we call together the greater dancing tribes from the four corners of the earth. Set right in the heart of summer, this workshop features five amazing movement teachers, representing 5Rhythms, Open Floor, and Path of Azul, each with a unique offering on this year’s shared theme. Our Gathering is composed of embodied dancers from around the world and a fabulous catered celebratory dinner together. Join new friends and old for a remarkable weekend of movement and discovery.

Anneli is living her dream inspiring people to re-discover and settle into their entire self through conscious movement. She meets life and people with a passion and vulnerability that offers permission to embrace our nature and personal truths. Heeraa Sazevich

Freedom... it has always been my bottom line, from as early as I can recall as a child staring out at the vast ocean. Releasing years of self-judgment and abiding in the peace of utter self-acceptance is the personal edge I dance. My key to healing and silence is the dynamic meditation path of conscious movement. Blessed with teachers Osho and Gabrielle Roth in this lifetime, embodied consciousness has been my deep exploration for the past two decades. My passion has lead me to feel inspired to share my discoveries as a teacher. Were I able to fan the flame of Liberation in even one soul, I would honor the great gifts I have been given by my teachers. Kamla Sufi

Kamla Sufi has traveled the world offering yoga, meditation, embodiment coaching and conscious dance for the past twenty years.  Her mission is to reignite the joy of dance in every body, weaving together vibrant soundscapes from diverse musical traditions to create a profound journey of self-discovery with two key ingredients: Love and Joy. Kamla layers her Master's Degree in Education with being an Open Floor facilitator inspiring every body to shine from the inside out. Ronny Temple

Based in Olympia Washington, Ronny is a certified 5Rhythms Teacher with a wide breadth of experience in movement meditation and leadership that serves him well as he holds and guides OlyWaves. His most salient experiences though are in the realm of meditation and spirit. Ronny fell in love with the 5Rhythms practice around 2003 and twenty-two years later is still in the honeymoon phase.
