DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for those interested in learning more about Gestalt therapy.  We will cover the basics: the principles of awareness\, contact and dialogue through our work together as a group and through the experiments we create.  This workshop is experiential and will be a time of stretching and growth.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring a spirit of openness!
