What is Bingocize?
Who said exercise can't be fun? Bingocize is a free 10-week evidence-based program for groups of 10 to 20 older adults that combines a bingo-like game with exercise and learning how we can prevent falls in our daily lives. One-hour classes meet twice per week. All exercises can be modified to meet all activity and physical levels.
Because the exercises progress as we build strength, participants are asked to attend a minimum of 15 out of the 20 classes.
