Join us for the second tour of Seavey Crossing in Westbrook as the project nears completion. Seavey Crossing is a 61 unit accessible, 55+ housing project under construction as part of a mixed-demographic housing campus development called Maple Grove Neighborhood in Westbrook, Maine. Team members from Simons Architects and Hebert Construction will lead the tour and discuss the project in detail, including the use of panelized construction, new technology in air sealing, and getting the project over the finish line. Much progress has been made since the last tour in December. |
