Eileen, a humanitarian professional with 13+ years of experience in field offices and headquarters, is CARE International’s UN Representative in New York. She engages UN policymakers and member states on gender equality in humanitarian settings and Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), while supporting advocacy for partners, especially women-led organizations. Previously a CARE USA Humanitarian Advocacy Advisor covering Sudan, Ethiopia, and Gaza, Eileen has worked with UNICEF, NRC, Save the Children, co-authoring two reports on conflict's impact on children.
