The Let Them Theory offers a practical and empowering framework for navigating relationships and leadership by focusing on what we can and cannot control. At its core, the book encourages readers to release the urge to manage others’ behaviors, opinions, or decisions (“let them”) and instead take ownership of their own responses, boundaries, and well-being (“let me”). |
