When Jerry and Laura finally figured out that doTERRA was the essential oil company they had been waiting for, they signed up immediately. Without knowing how they would make it work, they set a goal to be US Founders. Then, they started to plan. Jerry took advantage of a rare quiet moment and started writing down the names from his phone and email group of anyone he knew who would be quickly receptive to doTERRA. He knew the three people he wanted as his frontline leaders and then wrote names in columns under each of their names according to association. He had maybe a total of 45 names. Finally, it came down to execution: he got on the phone and didn’t stop until he had called every person. They hit the requirements for Founder in a weekend! Laura and Jerry have continued to grow their team and the doTERRA community ever since.

Dr. Kellie Lancaster

Dr. Kellie Lancaster is a doctor of chiropractic, a clinical nutritionist focused on hormones and wellness, a public speaker, and a Cowgirl at heart. Living on their ranch in Bowie, Texas- She is the Vice President of Paradox Healthcare Systems and is a Diamond Wellness Advocate, North American Wellness Founder, and Educator.

She has practiced for 32 years in Bowie and Decatur, Texas with her husband, Dr. Diran Lancaster. They have 2 sons, Pierce who is a Wildlife Biologist, and Dane who is a rodeo cowboy, horse trainer, and evangelist.

10 years ago, her son, Dane suffered a severe Traumatic Brain Injury in a calf roping incident. Given no hope, they stood on faith, believing that God could heal their son. In a situation in which less than 10% of victims even live, God blessed them with a miracle. doTERRA Essential

Maree Vanderzee

Maree Vanderzee has been using essential oils for 25 years…. she dealt with major mood issues-depression and anxiety from losing a baby girl. She started using doTERRA over 15 years ago and found phenomenal success with using Balance, Citrus Bliss, and Melissa oil as well as the Life lLng Vitality pack daily…

Alex DaBell

doTERRA's Director of Nutraceuticals & Innovation

Alex DaBell is dōTERRA’s Director of Nutraceuticals & Innovation. He holds a Master of Science in Physiology and Developmental Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Brigham Young University. Alex is pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, studying metabolic regulation, biochemistry, nutritional epigenetics, and various aspects of essential oil chemistry on health and wellness.  Alex has worked with many colleagues around the world to design and develop the majority of dōTERRA’s global nutritional product offering – some of the highest-quality products available anywhere. He enjoys learning about new discoveries in nutrition and brainstorming how those discoveries might make their way into new and existing dōTERRA products. Alex, his wife Lisa, and their four children enjoy the outdoors, board games, playing the violin and piano together, and trying out new recipes.

DR. Scott Greer

Dr. Scott Greer is currently the Director of Marketing at dōTERRA and teaches as an Adjunct Marketing Instructor at UVU.

He was previously the Associate Dean of the School of Business and Technology at California College San Diego. Scott earned his MBA from the University of North Dakota and received his PhD in Leadership at Alliant International University.

Scott has led trainings around the country in a variety of industries. He is a private consultant and works to strengthen teams and self-awareness within organizations. He has owned four businesses and believes in creating systems that allow the business to be self-sufficient.

Scott enjoys creating a vision within an organization and making it a reality. Scott has been married to his wife for over 24 years and has three wonderful kids. He enjoys restoring cars and building websites in his spare time.His favorite thing is to see Wellness Advocates grow their businesses using marketing tools provided by doTERRA!
