In this role, Shanna provides strategic leadership for six hospitals in southeastern Michigan. She focuses on identifying trends, assessing challenges, and prioritizing growth opportunities unique to the region; developing strategic plans for growth; providing oversight for business and operational plans; and stewarding community engagement.
