About the Presenter

Anthony Buttacy is a consultant who partners with non-profit organizations, including private schools, to strengthen the policies, processes, and strategic plans that support effective mission delivery. His work helps organizations build clarity, consistency, and alignment so they can better serve their communities.

Anthony’s consulting experience includes donor development, board governance, policy review and revision (governance, HR, safety, and operational policies), strategic planning, and leadership retreats. He brings more than 20 years of experience in private education, including 15 years in school administration. In addition to leading schools, Anthony was deeply involved in accreditation processes and worked with dozens of schools to ensure their policies, procedures, and governance structures were both effective and aligned with best practices.

Anthony does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, he takes a collaborative, practical approach—working alongside leaders to implement best practices in ways that fit their organization’s culture, capacity, and mission. Understanding that non-profit leaders often wear many hats, his services frequently go beyond coaching conversations to include tangible deliverables developed in partnership with clients.

At his core, Anthony believes non-profits play a vital role in addressing the needs of communities. His passion is helping leaders focus on their mission by providing thoughtful support in the foundational areas that allow organizations—and the people they serve—to thrive.
