The Chief Judge of the State of NY and NY Court of Appeals\, Honorable Rowan D. Wilson and historian\, philanthropist Elihu Rose will present the awards. \n\nThe night includes cocktails in the gardens\, dinner\, the medal ceremony and dancing!
