Presentation Overview: Thriving as a Finance Executive in a Modern Workplace

The CFO role is evolving faster than ever—expanding into strategy, operations, and technology—yet most finance organizations are still operating with legacy models that can’t keep up. This session explores how leading finance executives are unlocking capacity, harnessing AI, and redesigning their operating models to move from reporting results to driving them. Join us to learn what will separate high-performing finance teams over the next 12–24 months—and how to position your organization to lead.

CPE is available for FEI members. Upon arrival, please sign in AND out at the registration table.
