Creating Worksheets and Formulas:

  • Introduction to Excel interface elements (e.g., ribbons, cells, columns, rows).
  • Basic worksheet creation: entering data, formatting cells.
  • Understanding formulas and operators (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Inserting functions (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, MIN).
  • Utilizing AutoSum for quick calculations.

Modifying and Formatting Worksheet:

  • Tools for modifying rows and columns (e.g., insert, delete, resize).
  • Font options and formatting (e.g., bold, italic, underline, font size).
  • Using Format Painter to apply formatting quickly.
  • Introduction to the mini toolbar.
  • Exploring conditional formatting for data visualization.

Printing and Managing Workbook Content:

  • Printing workbooks and worksheets (default settings, custom print settings).
  • Page layout options (margins, orientation, scaling).
  • Print options (gridlines, headers/footers, page breaks).
  • Managing worksheets and workbooks (rename, move, copy, delete).
  • Working with data across multiple worksheets/workbooks (linking, consolidating).
