What's Not Working @ Work? Summit

Key Details:

• When & Where: Generously hosted by Brunswick Corporation Headquarters in Mettawa, IL on May 14, 2026
• Who will be there: CHROs, HR leaders, CEOs, operating leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, academics, students, and others shaping the future of work

Logistics:

• The Summit is planned from 9am-8:30pm on May 14th. The main event will be hosted at Brunswick Corporation, followed by a reception from 6pm-8:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn.
• The two hotels within walking distance from the office are the Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott.
• There are parking lots in the front and back of the Brunswick Corporation building. Please note that access from the back of the parking lot, most direct if walking from the hotel, will require being buzzed in by security.

• Explore together. Sit alongside peers to see how these challenges play out across organizations, compare patterns, and leave with clearer partnerships and possibilities.

• Engage with an author panel. Join an Author Panel and Q&A, linking personal leadership stories to the resilience and humanity people need at work today.
