What's Not Working @ Work? Summit

What’s Not Working @ Work? is a one-day, by-invitation summit on May 14, 2026 at Brunswick Corporation headquarters in Mettawa, IL for CHROs and HR leaders, CEOs and operating leaders, coaches, consultants, and academics to name what’s not working at work, explore together with peers, and contribute to a feature article that Human Resource Executive® magazine has already agreed to publish. Co-founded by Ian Ziskin and Cheryl Perkins, this opportunity is limited to ~50 participants, includes interactive sessions and a local evening reception.

Logistics:

  • The Summit is planned from 9am-8:30pm on May 14th. The main event will be hosted at Brunswick Corporation, followed by a reception from 6pm-8:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn.
  • The two hotels within walking distance from the office are the Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott.
  • There are parking lots in the front and back of the Brunswick Corporation building. Please note that access from the back of the parking lot, most direct if walking from the hotel, will require being buzzed in by security.

  • Engage with an author panel. Join an Author Panel and Q&A, linking personal leadership stories to the resilience and humanity people need at work today.
