Leanne Meyer works at the intersection of ambition and identity, helping leaders navigate the transition from individual excellence to enterprise impact—often at the moment they’ve outgrown the identity that once made them successful. An Executive Educator at Carnegie Mellon University and former Executive Director of the Tepper School’s Accelerate Leadership Center, she has spent three decades coaching leaders across complex enterprise environments, including at companies like LinkedIn, Salesforce, EY, UBS, and Highmark. Grounded in leadership research, identity theory, and industrial psychology, she is the author of Climbing the Spiral Staircase, a TEDx speaker, and founder of Nourish Networks, with a global career spanning corporate, academic, and nonprofit settings.
