Tara is a female Buddha, the embodiment of the fearless wisdom of all enlightened beings, who moves more swiftly than the wind to help anyone who is suffering and anxious.
During this weekend, we will receive the Tantric empowerment of Arya Tara, receive the transmission of her mantra, and have the opportunity to engage in the much-loved prayers to the twenty-one Taras called Liberation from Sorrow.
Attending both days of the weekend event is encouraged, but not required. You are welcome to attend the Saturday Empowerment and teaching even if you cannot attend Sunday. |
