Mike Klemens is the Manager of Transportation Planning with LCDOT. He manages LCDOT’s Planning team and is responsible for managing the Division’s $850 million multi-year capital program. In this role Mike oversees planning studies, short term and long-term capital planning, non-motorized planning, ADA coordination, grant funding and LCDOT’s Countywide paratransit program, Ride Lake County. |
