MassHousing's TAP membership program supports housing developments by providing a variety of resources and benefits to staff and residents. In recent years, thousands of residents and staff from hundreds of rental communities across Massachusetts utilized these benefits and found great value through them:

Webinars/Trainings: Trainings focused on the intersection of affordable housing and social issues and tailored to property management professionals and social service providers. Fees are waived for TAP members.

Resident Engagement Programs: Diverse programs and workshops that engage residents and site staff in creating and maintaining healthy housing communities.

Dispute Resolution Services: Neutral venue for rental housing staff, residents, and other parties dealing with conflicts to discuss their issues, generate options, and work toward mutually agreeable resolutions.

Hoarding Consultation/Flex Funds: Virtual individual consultation and group discussions for management and flex funds for residents to address hoarding situations at TAP member sites.
