About Carolyn Gross, DVM, DACVIM

Dr. Carolyn Gross received her undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst in 2006 and her DVM from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She has special interests in nutritional studies and the study of the digestive system and kidney function.

Dr. Gross completed her internship at VCA in Norwalk, CT and her residency at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received the Excellence in Teaching award.

Through her years in the veterinary profession Dr. Gross has become particularly fond of special needs cats, specifically her one-eyed cat named Morty and Zelda and two no-eyed cats named Violet and Hoggle. Dr. Gross also has three dogs, Ender, Fisher and Daisy. In addition to her service as a boarded internist, Dr. Gross is the Medical Director of Cental Hospital of Veterinary Medicine's Guilford location.
