DESCRIPTION:This session explores workplace health and safety through an Indigenous worldview. Indigenous nations have long practiced health and safety principles that supported community survival and resilience across generations. Using the medicine wheel's four aspects of well-being - mental\, physical\, emotional\, and spiritual - Trina will demonstrate how these teachings apply in workplace settings and share practical\, culturally relevant ways to better support Indigenous workers.\n\nThis session is eligible for 1 CPD hour in the Education category.
