She has worked in both public and private real estate companies, managing over $200 million in assets, gaining valuable insights and experiences that have contributed to her success in the industry. Her forward thinking approach has yielded positive results, optimized efficiency, and enhanced the overall resident experience.

Dr. Peter Hecht

Dr. Peter Hecht serves as Managing Director & Co-head of Portfolio Solutions Group North America at AQR Capital Management. Dr. Hecht served as Managing Director & Senior Investment Strategist, Investments at Evanston Capital Management. Prior to joining ECM, he was a Senior Investment Strategist at Allstate Investments ("Allstate") for the past eight years. At Allstate, he focused primarily on portfolio strategy and the management of Allstate's Property & Casualty and Pension portfolios, which included both alternative and traditional investments. Prior to joining Allstate, he was an Assistant Professor of Finance at Harvard Business School for five years. He earned his Ph.D. and MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago, and his B.A. in Economics and Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.
