This class is half lecture and half student activity solving case studies. The class covers changes to USPAP especially regarding the Ethics Rule, as well as situations in case studies that require problem solving using the guidance USPAP provides. It is approved by both the Appraisal Foundation & AZ DIFI.
You must have the 2024-2025 Edition of USPAP and the Reference Guide that accompanies it.
