Facilities which are classified as small quantity generators (SQG) or large quantity generators (LQG) of hazardous waste require initial and annual refresher RCRA training for personnel involved in hazardous waste management activities. Facilities which receive, transport or prepare for shipping, containers of hazardous material, require initial and tri-annual refresher DOT training for personnel involved in those job functions. |
