Auburn Presbyterian Church, will present a panel including: Renee Mahaffey Harris, President & CEO, Closing the Health Gap, Kurt Reiber, President & CEO, Freestore Foodbank, and Amy Scarpello, Senior Director, Rescue Share & Volunteer Engagement, La Soupe. The panelists will discuss combatting food deserts, the effect of budget cuts, and ways of preventing food waste. All attendees will receive a free copy of Stirring the Pot, WCC's centennial cookbook. |
