| Instructor: Tim Krause is an ESOL instructor at Portland Community College and online at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Open University of Catalonia). He received his MA/TESOL from Portland State University, where he was awarded the James R. Nattinger Graduate Teaching Fellowship and served as a TESOL Methods Teaching Assistant. His professional career has spanned arts administration, civic engagement, journalism, and publishing. He is a frequent creator of OER curricula and materials for adult English language learners, and he received an Excellence Award from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development in 2020.

- 14+ days before the course date: Full refund.
- 7-13 days before the course date: 50% refund.
- Within 6 days of the course date or no-show: No refund.
- PLC-initiated cancellations: Full refund.
