When laying out air handlers for a commercial building, it can be difficult to confidently decipher which parameters have a hard requirement versus parameters that carry more flexibility & allowance. Oftentimes, aspects such as serviceability, coil design/optimization, & other critical choices are overlooked during the design phase -however these mistakes do not always become apparent until it is too late, & the equipment is on site.
