DESCRIPTION:The Mickel-Begg Memorial Charity Golf Tournament is an annual event hosted by the Osceola FD Benevolent to benefit the Mickel-Begg Memorial Charity Fund.The Mickel-Begg Memorial Charity Fund financially assists firefighters and their families in need\, aspiring firefighters to attend fire standards training\, provides continuing education to current firefighters\, supports cancer prevention and cancer survivor causes\, Christmas charities and more since 1989. The Charity is dedicated to the memories of Lieutenant John Mickel and Firefighter Dallas Begg that fell during a training exercise in 2002.
