Sunday Morning Meditation - July 21

This world needs more peace. We can all be a part of bringing this about by becoming a more peaceful person. When we bring about this change in ourselves we naturally bring more calm and kindness to everyone we meet and to every situation we find ourselves in. An essential part of being able to benefit others is becoming stronger ourselves and creating more balance in our life.

This Sunday morning meditation class will look at Buddha’s teachings contained in the famous text Eight Verses of Training the Mind and its commentary The New Eight Steps to Happiness.
