Carston Mesnick, LPCC-S, QSTP
Carston Mesnick is owner, clinician, and consultant at Mesnick Counseling and Consultation LLC. He specializes in clinical counseling and providing education alongside consultation for organizations, businesses, behavioral healthcare providers, and in community settings on trauma informed care, trauma stewardship and resilience, substance use disorder treatment, and children adolescent behavioral health.
Carston is a licensed clinical professional counselor with his supervision designation and has been working as a clinician and director of programs managing the treatment of trauma and co-occurring disorders for over 15 years. Carston provides advisory guidance and consultation to community coalitions and organizations that provide empowerment, healing, and supportive services for trauma survivors. He has been published in the Catholic Bioethics and Social Justice publication on Catholic bioethics and invisible problems: human trafficking, clinical care, and social strategy. Carston is also the Behavioral Health Technical Assistance Consultant for the Ohio START program.
On a personal note, Carston often enjoys playing pickleball, kayaking, and creative expressive arts through art and music. |
