Topic: Point to Where it Hurts: A view from unique areas of opportunity in the rev cycle, estates and bankruptcy

Description: The aging of America and soaring end-of-life care costs are transforming the millions of revenue from estates and trusts from a “nice-to-have” into an essential for your organization’s fiscal health. In addition, equal or greater sums in reimbursement dollars are at risk as audits focusing on the requirement to search for estates are increasing significantly. Continuing and post-ACA increases in patient responsibility and uncompensated care mean that both probate and bankruptcy are growing as essential foundations for any health system or provider’s fiscal health. In addition, these same areas present unique challenges for compliance and patient experience. Learn how to point to where it hurts and create the right prescription to help cure what ails your organization.
