| Refund Policy PreventionFIRST! has a NO REFUND policy. PreventionFIRST! will honor substitutions or cancellations as outlined in the policies below.
Substitution Policy Substitutions for event registrations are allowed and free of charge. Substitution requests will not be accepted by phone and must be emailed to jjacobs@prevention-first.org on or before Monday, September 28th, 2026. Requests received on or after September 29, 2026 will not be honored.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests are allowed for event registration but must be received by email on or before Monday, September 28th, 2026, to receive a 1-year credit towards a future PreventionFIRST! Coalition Academy. Requests received on or after September 29, 2026 will not be eligible for a credit. Event no-shows or failures to attend the training event will not receive a 1-year credit towards a future PreventionFIRST! Coalition Academy.
