Cognex In-Sight Explorer Spreadsheets

This two-day training event will help you build the skills to evaluate, develop and deploy a Machine Vision application using best practices.

Who Should Attend

This is a hands-on class for Engineers and Technicians responsible for the set up and support of a Cognex In-Sight Machine Vision system. Little or no prior Machine Vision experience is necessary.


Included in this event:

  • Comprehensive knowledge from Olympus Controls Application Engineers.
  • Plenty of hands-on lab time.
  • Lunch with open discussion.
  • Two days of Machine Vision training with hardware.
  • You are invited to bring your own parts for inspection.


By the end of the class, the student will be comfortable setting up a Machine Vision application:

  1. Set up hardware
  2. Control the application environment
  3. Build Machine Vision programs
  4. Understand common Machine Vision tools
  5. Communicate results
