PY Foundation is proud to share our trainings this year. We will have three 2-day trainings through the University of Texas Extended Campus in February, June, and September. Two online half-day trainings with Extended Campus May 27 and August 19. Two online half-day trainings with fundraising consultants from AmPhil on May 21 and July 22. An in-person Board and Executive Director training on March 12, and a Leadership Speaker Series on April 15.

Please note that the three in-person trainings will have a registration fee of $100. You will have access to an online portal with materials for each course and will be eligible for a Nonprofit Management Certification through the University of Texas Extended Campus.

Making Your Punches Count

This one-day, hands-on strategy workshop is designed for nonprofit executive directors and board members who are stretched thin, navigating change, and facing constant pressure to do more with limited resources. Together, teams will clarify their core mission, distinguish board and staff roles, and make concrete decisions about what to say yes and no to in the coming year. Participants will leave with a practical, draft strategy for focusing their time, money, and energy where it will have the greatest impact.
