Join us for a free workshop to learn about the benefits of rain barrels and best practices for rainwater collection.
Topics to be covered include downspouts and rain barrel connections, rain chains, and installation and maintenance. Attendees will learn how to empty rainwater from barrels during the rainy season for capacity, and how to apply for rebates. After a PowerPoint presentation, attendees will tour OMWD's demonstration garden, which features a rain barrel and rain cistern.
