David DeLorenzo - I am The Delo

I'm David DeLorenzo, aka the DELO. With decades of experience in music and insurance, I'm a trusted resource for clients' connections and protection. From Arizona State University to LA's music scene, I worked with Warner Bros. and Columbia Records, and ran Diamond in the Rough Promotions.

Among rock legends like Eddie Van Halen, I saw music industry changes, prompting my return to Arizona. I joined Ambassador Group, specializing in Bar and Restaurant Insurance. I grew it into a multimillion-dollar enterprise.

While successful, I prioritized personal well-being, developing the 3F.it method focusing on food, fitness, and focus.

In business and personal relationships, I'm known for a genuine desire to serve. Whether through insurance, the 3F.it method, or coaching, I empower individuals for success, professionally and personally.

Julie Webb - Founder, JMW Collective

You do the work. You always say “yes”. You never miss a deadline. You feel that your work is going unnoticed, your voice unheard, and your contributions unrecognized.

Sound familiar?

Julie Webb is on a personal mission to recognize, promote, and celebrate professional women. According to the 2023 Women in the Workplace report authored by McKinsey in collaboration with LeanIn.org, women are more ambitious than ever before. Yet despite some hard-fought gains, women’s representation is not keeping pace. Hybrid work, “the great break-up,” and artificial intelligence present new challenges.

In this ever-changing business landscape, effective leadership has never been more important. Women are uniquely designed to possess the traits that businesses need in their leaders today – assertiveness, inclusiveness, and authenticity. These traits all show up in your executive presence.

It's time to get clear on your personal leadership style and confidently own it.

Don’t worry, just like your favorite pair of jeans, executive presence looks good on you!

Amy Drewel - Owner, Mosaic Insurance Alliance

As a people-person who truly does enjoy meeting new people, I thrive on new connections and partnerships. I also relish in problem solving and take my commitments very seriously. Add the love for helping people to the mix, and you get a recipe for being an insurance entrepreneur!

After graduating from UW, I climbed the ladder and became an HR manager. A few years later, I discovered that insurance was a natural fit for me, and my career quickly evolved from starting off as a captive carrier in 2006, to opening Mosaic in 2010 with my business partner, Paul. I don’t regret opening a brokerage company—I love all the options for our clients, including myself.

One of my skills is bringing people together and uniting them for a joint cause. I love building teams to be successful, utilizing each person’s unique traits/gifts. I believe in the power of short- and long-term strategies working together to both create the best results and build a strong, robust, successful business. The belief in the power of giving back and paying it forward is something I do in and out of the office.

Living a balanced life of work and play, I strive for the happiness and safety of my clients, teammates, family, and friends. Out of the office, I enjoy traveling, gardening, wine tasting, going to sporting events, and helping community causes. I serve on a number of boards, including ChildStrive, Homage Senior Services, and Economic Alliance Snohomish County.
