- Zester
- Two mixing bowls
- Wisk
- 8 by 8 baking pan
- Wooden spoon or large spoon
- Spatula to scrape the sides of the bowls
You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of sugar
- lemon zest from two small lemons
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
