LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIRED:

Every adult who will be on Tusco Rifle Club property during this event, whether acting as a volunteer or not, must sign our liability waiver. In addition, all youth must have their parent or legal guardian sign our liability waiver. A link to our online waiver will be included in your email registration confirmation OR you may CLICK THIS LINK to sign online now.


No refunds will be issued to registrants. All sales final.

This is a special 2-day event to offer youth the chance to camp, shoot, and compete.


Activities include a firearm safety class for all new shooters and the opportunity to experience archery, .22 rifle, and trap shooting for beginners, and an introduction to handguns for more experienced attendees. All firearms and ammunition provided.


In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn about our founding and how special America is in history.


Shooting sports merit badge requirements can be met during this event for BSA, Venturing, HG, 4H, etc. If you need the rifle or shotgun merit badge, don't forget to bring a blue card signed by your unit leader!


You can buy lunch on Saturday and Sunday for $5 each. Event t-shirts can be purchased at the event for $23, plus fees.


Group camping is available for the weekend at no cost. Come on out Friday and set up camp.


Youth may register to participate for $10 each. We're also looking for Adult Volunteers who may attend free.

Before the Event

  • Register - All adult volunteers and youth participants should be registered in advance.

Friday

  • At range entrance, receive and sign RANGE liability waiver, and all adults will receive a wristband. This is a separate, additional waiver for the Tusco Rifle Club. Please sign the BFA waiver above before you arrive.
  • 9:00 pm Leaders Meeting (Adults)


Saturday

  • 8:00 am Check In. Liability waivers required for all persons staying on the facility during the event or overnight
  • 8:40 am Flag Ceremony
  • 8:45 am Site Wide Safety Briefing
  • 9:00 am Dismiss Participants to Program Areas
  • 9:05 am New Shooters – Required Safety Class (Not required if previously attended)
  • 9:15 am Firing Lines go Hot
  • 1:00 pm Firing Lines go Cold / Lunch Break – $5 donation
  • 2:00 pm Dismiss Participants Back to Program Areas
  • 7:00 pm Firing Lines go Cold / Break for Dinner on your own
  • 8:00 pm Trophy Awards Ceremony
  • 8:30 pm American Heritage Program
