This 16-week, non-credit certification program is approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) and will prepare you for certification as a dietary manager and food protection professional. Successful completion of the CDM Program with fieldwork is one of the requirements to sit for the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers Exam. Students completing our program exceed the national average pass rate for the CDM credentialing exam. |
